Caitlin has a Bachelor of Science (Advanced) (Honours) Degree from The Australian National University. She is passionate about the environment, animals and climate change. In her spare time, she enjoys baking, reading and spending time with her family and her dog Benji.

At ITP, Caitlin is part of the Corporate Services Team, which oversees Human Resources, WHS, Facilities and Asset Management, IT, Financial Management, and general support across the organization.

Caitlin has over 4 years of administration and management experience and has worked in a range of areas including ecology, astrophysics, education, and most recently, in cyber security as executive assistant to the CEO.
