Comparison of Dispatchable Renewable Electricity Options for Australia Report Released
On 30 October 2018, a landmark report on dispatchable renewable electricity options for Australia was publicly released. ITP Thermal was commissioned by the Australian Renewable Energy Agency (ARENA) to undertake the report which compares technology combinations that are commercially available at large scale and finds Australia is ‘spoilt for choice’. ITP Thermal Managing Director Dr Keith Lovegrove was the lead author of the report. In conjunction with the release, Keith presented at the Sydney branch of the Australian Institute of Energy (AIE) event in the evening of 30 October 2018 in Sydney. Hydrogen Consulting Services for ACT Government
ITP Renewables was engaged by the ACT Government to provide expert advice in relation to: reviewing material and concepts put forward by hydrogen proponents; identifying and managing technical risks associated with hydrogen activities; hydrogen activity decision making, and maximising opportunities for the ACT, and optimising the demonstration value of hydrogen activities in the ACT.
