Comparison of Dispatchable Renewable Electricity Options for Australia Report Released
On 30 October 2018, a landmark report on dispatchable renewable electricity options for Australia was publicly released. ITP Thermal was commissioned by the Australian Renewable Energy Agency (ARENA) to undertake the report which compares technology combinations that are commercially available at large scale and finds Australia is ‘spoilt for choice’. ITP Thermal Managing Director Dr Keith Lovegrove was the lead author of the report. In conjunction with the release, Keith presented at the Sydney branch of the Australian Institute of Energy (AIE) event in the evening of 30 October 2018 in Sydney.
