Biogas Study, Queensland

ITP Renewables was commissioned in 2014 by Rural Funds Management Ltd to provide a technology investment review and investment-grade due diligence report for two sites in Queensland. The work included:

• general background information on biogas and anaerobic digestion
• an evaluation of the key drivers of the Australian gas and electricity markets
• a detailed technical analysis of biogas capture and electricity generation technology currently used at two meat processing facilities
• a review of a proposed new biogas facility at a third meat processing facility.
