Performance Guarantee Assistance
ITP provided a solar EPC with a detailed report describing 1) the strengths, weaknesses, and risks associated with each type of performance guarantee, and 2) important considerations when using PVsyst to develop performance guarantees.
ITP complemented the report above with two template contract annexures/schedules that the EPC could use on its projects. The first was tailored to MW-scale commercial solar projects, while the second was tailored to larger utility-scale projects.
