Support for the Energy Sector in Five Pacific Islands Countries (REP-5)

This EU-supported program funded projects to improve the overall energy efficiency of the energy sector, and where appropriate, increase power production through renewable energy in five Pacific Island countries: Palau, the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM), the Republic of the Marshall Islands (RMI), Nauru, and Niue. It also supported the EU’s poverty alleviation objective by improving access to electricity, and improving living conditions. ITP Renewables managed all aspects of the program and carried out: ITP Renewables achieved the following results: More information on the REP-5 program is available through the Pacific Regional Data Repository for Sustainable Energy for All.
