Oliver has 17 years’ experience in climate and energy policy advising and consulting. He has held a range of government, non-government organisation and private sector roles in Australia and the United States and has particular expertise in the design and implementation of renewable energy and emission abatement programmes. His knowledge and experience extends to domestic and international climate change policy, financial benefit-cost analysis, and sustainable development. At ITP Renewables, Oliver is responsible for the development and delivery of a wide range of advisory projects, including assignments related to energy system analysis and renewable energy policy development for Australian and international private sector and government clients. In addition, he has responsibilities relating new business and project development.

Oliver has a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from the University of Queensland and a Masters in Environmental Management and Development from the Australian National University. He is a Board Member of the Australian Photovoltaic Institute (APVI).
