Audits of Home Energy Upgrades
Building on our experience with the PV inspections for the Clean Energy Regulator, ITP was commissioned by both Sustainability Victoria and the Victorian Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning in 2018 to audit three different programs that provide energy efficiency upgrades to homes in need.
This involves coordinating 100 audits for each of the Latrobe Valley Home Energy Upgrade Program and the Victorian Healthy Homes Program (for SV) and up to 50 audits for the Affordable Retrofits Program (for DELWP). The audits covered the organisations responsible for the upgrades as well as the installation activities themselves, and covered criteria ranging from the quality of the works, to compliance with relevant laws, standards and codes to customer relations.
