Chillamurra Solar Farm Due Diligence
ITP Renewables was engaged in 2017 to conduct technical due diligence on the Chillamurra Solar Farm in Northern NSW.
The scope of the audit included a review of the system design and installation, the conditions of the project’s approvals, the historical performance of the system, and the performance modelling provided by the plant developer. The system utilises modules with integrated DC-optimisers, arranged East-West on a light mounting sub-structure, optimised for low installation cost and high array density. Modelling the performance of such a system required advanced knowledge of PV simulation software and DC optimiser working principles.
