Victorian Home Energy Efficiency Audits
ITP was commissioned by both Sustainability Victoria and the Victorian Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning in 2018 to audit three different programs that provide energy efficiency upgrades to homes in need.
This involved coordinating 120 audits for each of the Latrobe Valley Home Energy Upgrade Program and the Victorian Healthy Homes Program (for Sustainability Victoria). The audits covered the organisations responsible for the upgrades as well as the installation activities themselves, and covered criteria ranging from the quality of the works, to compliance with relevant laws, standards and codes to customer relations.
