Solar Farm Development Due Diligence

ITP provided due diligence services to a consortium in advanced term sheet negotiations to purchase two 5MWac solar farm developments in South Australia and Victoria. ITP reviewed the concept design, the development approval studies and conditions, the grid connection studies and connection offers, the vendor's yield forecast, and the vendor's financial model. ITP also provided advice on the suitability of the concept designs for integration of battery storage at a later date.
